Amitava Chaudhuri

Amitava Chaudhuri has studied at St Mary's Lucnow. He got his degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Railway Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Jamalpur, and joined the Indian Railways as an officer in 1995. He is presently posted at Chittaranjan Locomotive Works as Deputy General Manager and Chief Public Relations Officer. Chaudhuri is married and has two children : Aryan, 8; Ananya,4. Writing in his passion, and he has penned over 50 poems and 15 short stories. A Thing Called Love in an Utterly Rotten World is his debut novel. Chaudhuri can be reached at ac90@indiatimes.com
