Dr. Anjali Joshi is a practicing counseling psychologist. She holds a Master’s degree in Counseling psychology, M.Phil in Geriatric counseling, and Ph.D. in REBT psychotherapy. Presently, she is a Professor and Associate Dean of Human Resources, in the renowned Management institute in Mumbai. She has spent extensive tenure working in the field of education. She provides services as a ‘Consulting Psychologist’ and ‘HR consultant’ to many organizations. Having delivered several lectures and conducted workshops in organizations of repute, she also conducts personal and group counseling programs, employee training programs, corporate training programs and weekend workshops on effective self-management.
She was awarded the ‘Young Doctoral Fellowship’ by the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR), Ministry of Human Resource Development, New Delhi, for her doctoral work. She is recipient of several awards such as ‘Best Academic Performance’,’ Best Mentor’, ‘Outstanding Achievement’, ‘Best Literature Award’ by Maharashtra Foundation and Maharashtra Sahitya Parishad amongst them. She was selected for the prestigious Linnaeus-Palme scholarship, Sweden in 2017.
She is on the Editorial and Advisory Board of a reputed international journal of Organizational Behavior. She writes both, fiction and non-fiction and authored seven books till date. She has 91 articles and research papers to her credit published in national and international journals.
