I have always loved to write from the time I was a little girl. However the impetus to write to publish grew only in my 20’s.
Inspite of running an ad agency for 12 years and a pre-school for babies in the house. However my love of writing continued and I started to publish with several newspapers including the Deccan Herald.
Enjoyed my years working with them full time and resigned in 2009 as Assistant Editor.
Inbetween I went off to Europe to do a fellowship called the Erasmus Mundus Masters in Journalism.
Then I got bitten by academia and came back to start off a PhD with the Madurai Kamaraj University. Will be called for my Viva any day soon.
Happily working on my third book and hope to send off the manuscript by end September to the Malini Nair one of the editors. Have three sons and a husband and sadly no daughters. Travel across the world to see the two older boys who live in the UK ( David) and US ( Andrew). At home we still have Steven who is a Digital marketer and content writer.
Terrible snacker and my favourite food is a Dosa or hot toast dripping with butter.
