Parag is innovation strategist, entrepreneur and management thinker who pens his thought through management fictions and sensible literary notes. He is involved in active research in areas of Machine Learning, Knowledge Innovation, Business and IT Strategies and Knowledge Management since 1995 that contributes to his reality fictions. He was born in Ahmednagar and raised in the wonderful land of poets – Khandesh Maharashtra. After studying Engineering, he earned Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT Kharagpur and went for management education at IIM. He was conferred DSc (Higher Doctorate) by Swiss University – Ugms Business School. In last two decades, Parag has been leading many innovative organisations and research teams that allowed him to observe closely corporate, management life and friction between different groups. He has been working on product innovations for more than two decades after his education where he contributed actively to make startups successful through his research, strategic management and business acumen. He is founder and CEO of EKLaT Research and Director of Anomaly Solutions Pvt. Ltd. He is a recipient of awards including Oriental Foundation Scholarship, Research Contribution awards. Nominated for Dr SS Bhatnagar Award in 2013, Parag has authored/co-authored more than 200 research papers in various journals and international/national conferences and half a dozen books. Parag stays in Pune – the cultural capital of India, with his mother, wife and son and actively contributes to academic circles and innovation space through his talks and literary activities.
