I’m working on a trilogy — Spellbound: Arose from the Ashes, My books and mystical artwork aim to promote diversity in literature and art, I believe art imitates life. The historical background of my novel, The Mystery of the Rose is drawn from the life/times of my two great-grandfathers. Sardar Natha Singh served as the ADC to Prince Nau Nihal Singh at the Courts of Maharaja Ranjit Singh. As Custodian of Shahpur Kandi Fort, he fulfilled the tough assignment of safekeeping/ferrying the famous Koh-I-Noor Diamond to Bombay in route to London with his four confidants. Captain Ram Singh was a royal guest at the Coronation of King Edward V11 in England 1902 and at the State Durbar in Delhi in 1903.

My writing ritual is deeply intertwined with my drawing/painting ritual. I think in mystical art, poetry and prose simultaneously. I write fiction with stories drawn from the real life. I weave my stories with poetry, supernatural imagery and illustrations. My stories have been described as historical, mystical, lyrical, magical, spiritual and powerful.
