I am a mining graduate and worked in mines as my first job. English is my third language that I picked up pretty late. My mother tongue is Maithili. My favorite songs continue to be old Hindi songs from Mukesh and I still recall most of the lyrics.
Lack of motivation: waking up in the morning but not able to find interesting enough things to do for the day.
Getting my first book “Transit Lounge” published. This is a memoir of 15 years of my travel to 30 different countries. I took 5 years to intermittently write it and later approach various publishers. I was happy when it finally got published.

I have some interest in Indology, I understand India was prospering and harmonious civilization before the external invasions started. I would have loved to live in that period.
May be music
Siddhartha by Herman Hesse

Mostly silence and music in silence.

Write like no one will ever read, edit like everyone is going to read. Don’t edit when you are writing first few pages, just write.
