I am obsessed about aliens, I live to eat dosas, I feel lost when I use twitter.
Not using my privilege in a meaningful way. I am equally scared of moving away from me and losing the essence of who I am because of external distractions like success, achievement, wanting to please people or be liked by everyone.
I changed many limiting behaviors and beliefs in me to create the life I prefer to experience. I did this with the help of therapy. Coming from a background which deeply stigmatizes mental health and therapy space, I see breaking that stigma in me and leaning on that space to become my better version as the greatest achievement. My flexibility and openness to experience life as is and allowing the learning to happen is also my greatest gift and achievement.

Silence on the days I am tired. Ilaiyaraja music on all other days.
We are called human beings and not human doings for a reason. Just be.
