- In the unlikely event that any book that you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if the book delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may exchange the book in unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging.
- We cannot exchange one title for another. We can replace a copy of the same title, if received in bad condition.
