NO ONE BUYS POETRY! This has taken the form of a mantra chanted in turn by poets and publishers and it is rapidly becoming a self-fulfilling prophecy. Here is an attempt to buck the trend and rewrite the rules. Some rib-tickling satire, some stray thoughts and stories compiled together for the entertainment of the readers albeit in verse form. This is poetry of the people, for the people and in the language of the people, for that’s whom poetry always belonged to – The people (You & Me)
